Moving in or out is stressful enough without the hassle of worrying about cleaning your old home before you leave (and get the most of your deposit), and then cleaning your new home when you arrive! Let us do the cleaning for you so that you can concentrate on making your new house your home with extra focus and attention on bathrooms, kitchen and woodwork (such as doors, baseboards, moldings, trim, blinds, cabinet doors, ceiling fans).
Vacant Homes (Move-In / Move-Out)
- Ceiling fan blades
- Light fixtures (hand washed in place/not removed)
- Cobwebs removed
- Blinds & shutters (vacuumed or wiped with microfiber)
- Moldings & woodwork, windowsills, & lock ledges (hand washed or wiped)
- Baseboards (band washed or wiped. reachable w/out moving furniture)
- Outside of appliances cleaned (for microwave inside cleaned)
- Stovetop & drip pans scrubbed
- All Cabinet fronts wiped down
- All Doors (washed)
- Light switch plates (washed)
- Counter tops & backsplashes (washed)
- All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)
- Mirrors (Windex all the way to top*)
- Tub/shower & tiles (double scrubbed if build up)
- All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized)
- Stairs (vacuumed, wood washed by hand)
- Floors (vacuumed/ mopped)
- All drawers opened, wiped out
- All shelves wiped off
- Oven cleaning (by request)
- Refrigerator cleaning (by request)
- Power Washing (by request)
- Window Washing (by request)
* Notice that we do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster. We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach visible places either by hand or with an extension duster.
We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build up may require ultrasonic mini-blind cleaning or replacement.
Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave. We try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
All Move in /out cleanings only include one idem, either 1 oven or 1 refrigerator. extra items are $44.00 + tax
