About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on field leader to run our residential cleaning operation. We currently operate five crews and plan to grow to six or seven without giving up the quality our clients expect. You will hire, train, and coach the field teams, run quality inspections in the field every day, and own the numbers that keep crews productive.
What You'll Do
- Recruit and hire cleaning staff for the field teams
- Onboard and train new employees
- Develop team leads and hold crews to clear performance expectations
- Run quality inspections in the field and coach on the spot
- Monitor daily field performance, attendance, and crew productivity
- Build and launch two additional crews as we expand
What You Need
2+ years supervising cleaning, janitorial, or home-service crews
Experience hiring and training frontline employees
Willing to be in the field daily for inspections and problem solving
Able to run a consistent quality-inspection process
Familiar with field-service software (we use Jobber)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Spanish proficiency strongly preferred
