The service, payment, cancellation, and guarantee policies for KAS Cleaning Services.

These terms apply when you request a quote, book, or receive cleaning services from KAS Cleaning Services. By scheduling service, you agree to the policies below.

Quotes & Scheduling

Online and phone estimates are not final invoices. Final pricing depends on service scope, property size and condition, access, add-ons, and details confirmed by our office.

As of July 1, 2026, we schedule within designated arrival windows rather than exact appointment times: Morning (8:00 AM – 11:30 AM) or Afternoon (11:30 AM – 3:00 PM). Our technicians text approximately 30 minutes before arrival whenever possible. The arrival window is the timeframe during which our team is expected to arrive — not the cleaning duration. Traffic, weather, and previous appointments may affect arrival times.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, personal check, Visa, and Mastercard. We do not accept American Express.

We keep a credit card on file to guarantee your appointment; automatic credit-card billing is available on request. For bank auto-pay, please schedule checks to arrive on or before the day of service.

Cleaning and janitorial services are taxable in Texas; 8.25% state tax is added.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We reserve a time slot in our schedule for each cleaning, so we require 24-hour advance notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

• No charge for cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice on business days (Mon–Fri). • A $50 fee applies to same-day cancellations or those made with less than 24 hours' notice. • No fee applies if you cancel and reschedule within a 48-hour period. • Monday clients must cancel by 3:00 PM the preceding Thursday to avoid the fee. • A $50 lockout fee applies if our team arrives and the key was not left out, as this is treated as a last-minute cancellation.

Recurring Service

If you are on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule and skip a cleaning, your rate for the next visit adjusts: weekly clients pay the bi-weekly rate, and bi-weekly clients pay the monthly rate. Monthly clients who skip incur an additional $20 charge if the cleaning is done in the 6th week after the scheduled date. Your scheduled date does not change — after the skip, your schedule and rate return to normal.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 24 hours of service and we will return the next day, at our expense, to make it right.

Breakage & Liability

We treat your home or office with great care. In the event of a mishap, our team leaves a note and our office manager contacts you promptly. We pay the cost of repair or replacement and carry insurance for valuable items.

Please point out items of significant sentimental or monetary value so we can avoid them. We do not clean curio-cabinet interiors and may avoid sensitive electronics such as TV screens, computers, and their wiring.

Service Access & Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the property and accurate details, including notice of hazards, pets, alarms, or special instructions.

For safety and liability, team members wear shoes at all times while cleaning; clients may provide booties for dusting. We bring all cleaning supplies and equipment, though clients are welcome to set out a specific product for special surfaces. We do not offer laundry or dishwashing service. KAS Cleaning Services is fully licensed and insured.
